  1. Love your vids but stop hurting my fragile view of the world, kay thanks bye

  2. At my non profit workplace, we all organized and quit together. Now we are all jobless and worse off than before.

  3. My word, just discovered your series. Gonna need to watch your back catalogue.

  4. This is probably the most insightful video in this series, and although it’s shorter, tht actually makes it easier to share! Great video man 😉

  5. Once again, thank you so much Slice for making this video. This stuff HAS to be said, and too many nonprofit executives have been getting a pass for shitty and exploitative management for too long.

  6. It would be nice to dissect “social entrepreneurship” from a Marxist point of view as well. It seems revolutionary socialism and even reformist socialism and social democracy have made way in mainstream progressivism for neoliberal “social enterprising” that make profit from “helping others” or “fighting for a cause”. A true right-wing libertarian wet dream.

  7. Wow. The fact that nonprofits have incentives to increase wealth inequality is obvious, now that I heard it out loud, but it never occurred to me before.

  8. Love the content as always but dude, your guitar picking and singing is so pretty, would love if you incorporated it somehow into the rest of the vids.

  9. I worked for a small non profit research institute. No one had any power except the boss.

  10. ESG ratings are an ok start to rate companies and corporations by eco-social-governance.. (they aren’t perfect, but we can organize our own ratings).. we should really apply them (or something like them) to non-profits too.. and their projects.

  11. Yo, where did you hear about the suffragettes attacking the police? I mean it certainly is believable I more so ask cuz you’re the first person to mention it and that sounds really interesting and I’m kinda pissed, but woefully unsurprised that I was never taught the more militant/radical aspects of that movement or that there even were any

  12. You are completely right in these very important videos. I worked for the Saskatoon Open Door Society, a large non-profit Refugee and Immigrant Reception Charity for over a decades, and helped found and lead the union there. Management’s determination to maintain their bureaucratic hierarchy so interfered with the important work that we were trying to do with often desperate, even traumatized people that many of us gave up to go to other jobs.
