  1. I’ve done math courses through Khan Academy and thank God I had a teacher that saw how hard I worked she gave me the B I needed to move on. Thank God se understood my struggle through her daughters struggle, and the fact that the teacher could track my hours. on the platform.

  2. Come on people just because you cannot do math past geometry DOES NOT mean you are not smart.

  3. I used to transcribe lectues in real time for a hearing impaired ESL student in some graduate computer science progam. It was fun.

  4. The first time I was exposed to Khan Academy I was in an abusive household and I didn’t take advantage the way I should have, but in august I will be staring college for occupational therapy assistant at 24, I’m in a loving space with great support and I’m so excited to LEARN and I will be using tf out of KA resources

  5. You need a Waldorf episode – I am not a student.

There are things like switching activities every two hours as our nose switches from yen to yang breathing.

  6. I do think of Sal as family. 💕 I hear his voice in my house at least 5 days per week.

  7. I would love jonathan to be the main guest on a podcast he would have the best stories 😊😊❤❤

  8. HEY! Mayim & Jonathan! 1. Never Ever Ever EVEEEEEEER Cut the “word of the day”, and if you do, don’t blame the guest, that’s shitty, Sal didn’t asked for that 2. Rename it to “Term of the day”. 3. Thank you for all of these X

  9. This has been a great show! Putting education in a more positive light with alternatives.

  10. I’m loving these bonus Thursday episodes! I always skated by in school & got good grades, but it was until I tried online classes in college that I really learned how to learn. After learning more about non-traditional educational settings the past few years, I realize I really could have thrived in that type of environment.
